1. SPONSOR

The [Mini Fridge Giveaway] ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by [Notinregz], this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other third party.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of [list eligible countries or states, e.g., the 50 United States and D.C.] who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

There are two ways to enter:

For every $5 spent (excluding taxes and shipping) at [https://notinregs.com/collections/all], the participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. There is no limit to the number of entries earned through purchases.

B. Free Alternative Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

To enter without making a purchase, leave your email in the Subscribe tab at the bottom of the page.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

a Notinregz Mini Fridge
(Retail Value: $[300])

No cash or prize substitutions are allowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on [4/30/0225]. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within [10] days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be chosen.
