Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled. As our Refund Policy says, we don't accept returns or exchanges.

How to cancel

Email us at notinregs.shop@gmail.com with your order number and "Cancel" in the subject line. We'll confirm by email once it's cancelled. Please don't file a chargeback. Contact us first so we can check whether your order has already shipped.

Preorders and "Coming Soon" items

Preorder items take longer to ship. You can cancel a preorder any time before it ships for a full refund.

Custom items

Custom orders, like the Customize American Flag, are made just for you. They can only be cancelled before production starts. Once your custom item is in production, the order is final.

Partial cancellations

If you want to cancel only some items in your order, email us before the order ships and we'll refund just those items.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders go back to your original payment method. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Address changes

If you just need to fix your shipping address, you don't need to cancel. Use our Address Change Request form at the bottom of our website instead.
